We don't appriciate the series Scarlet Heart Thailand using our Myanmar traditional clothing, dance, and culture as Thai tradition. Konbaung-era Myanmar attire and Lanna traditional clothing are distinct cultural traditions with their own histories and identities. We respect Thai culture and ask for the same respect for ours. We urge GMMTV and the production team to publicly address these concerns, clarify the cultural references, correct any inaccuracies, and issue a public apology if Myanmar’s cultural heritage has been misrepresented.
